This Position reports to: Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the chance to grow sales of IAPI solutions and services across assigned territories and key accounts, aligned with the division strategy. Each day, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective account management and business development. You will also showcase your ability by identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and positioning value-driven solutions across key industrial segments. LI - Onsite This role is contributing to the AUPI Business for Faridabad handling North region in India. Main stakeholders include key customers in the Cement, Mining, High Power Rectifier (HPR), and other industrial sectors, along with internal sales, bid & proposal, and service teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be mainly accountable for: Grow sales of AUPI solutions and services, delivering on business targets across assigned accounts and territories. Develop and execute sales strategies, including project pursuit, pipeline development, and new customer acquisition. Manage key accounts, improve customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities within existing customers. Assess customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose optimal technical and commercial solutions.
