About the Role
Plans and designs manufacturing processes for a production facility. Analyzes assembly, fabrication, machining, and other processes. Maximizes efficiency by optimization of layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Determines the parts, equipment, tools,
and processes needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct time and method studies establishing time standards for manufacturing operations. 3. Support internal and external teams during the concept development process for the industrialization of customer projects 4. Identify, qualify and develop new equipment suppliers. Build relationships to ensure thorough understanding and consistent execution of standards 5. Maintain and ensure supplier compliance to equipment standards by creating technical specifications and efficient project management through timely design reviews, validation and installation. 6. Provide equipment cost estimating for current program customer RFQ’s
