Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities, develop and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand the Company's presence in the Printing & Packaging industry, including Offset, Rotogravure, Corrugated, Monocartons, and Flexible Packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Printing & Packaging industry. Generate new leads through market visits, networking, references, cold calling, and other business development activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Conduct customer meetings to understand customer packaging requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions. Coordinate with the Production, Planning, Quality, Dispatch, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales while maintaining the Company's profitability objectives. Follow up on enquiries, samples, trials, and pending orders until successful closure.



Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve complaints or service-related issues. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, forecasts, and business opportunities in the prescribed reporting formats. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and potential business opportunities. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in coordination with customers and the Accounts Department. Travel extensively to meet customers, develop recent markets, and strengthen existing business relationships. Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), visit reports, travel plans, sales forecasts, and other MIS reports as required.
