We're looking for a compassionate, trauma-informed psychologist to join our growing team and do meaningful, ethical therapeutic work.

This role is ideal for a psychologist who has a strong interest in relationships and relational wellbeing, understands the nuances of navigating relationships in the Indian social and cultural context, and is passionate about helping people build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Work Schedule
6 days per week 8 hours per day Joining: Immediate Probation period: 3 months Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology 1 year of therapy experience (minimum) Robust experience or demonstrated interest in relationship-focused therapy Trauma-informed therapy experience is essential Must be queer-affirmative / LGBTQIA+ friendly Strong understanding of Indian social, cultural and family dynamics Comfortable working with adults navigating: ▸ Dating and relationships

▸ Breakups, heartbreak and relationship transitions

Experience working with modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, Psychodynamic therapy, or an integrative approach Ability to work with diverse relationship structures, identities and lived experiences Strong communication, empathy and clinical judgement Must be in personal therapy themselves (mandatory requirement) What We're Looking For
