ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTUREBUSINESS: CIRCOR Industrial LOCATION: Coimbatore, India DIRECT REPORTING: Manager – Maintenance FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: NA POSITION DETAILSWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of plant machinery, equipment, utilities, and electrical/mechanical systems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Principal Activities Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company maintenance standards. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues. Attend equipment breakdowns and minimize machine downtime through effective root-cause analysis Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective/preventive actions.



Maintain and update maintenance schedules, checklists, equipment history, and breakdown records. Maintain adequate inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and consumables. Maintaining records for the same Participate in 5 S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and equipment servicing. Support installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrading of machinery and equipment Maintain maintenance budget and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed. Lead a team of associates and delegating work areas to them. Synchronizing work processes with other departments of the establishment. Effective and productive use of Lean Manufacturing and associated tools in all areas of the organization. Establish and maintain effective communication such as toolbox meetings, employee meetings, roundtables discussions. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
