Technical expertise is the #1 priority for this role. We are NOT looking for a conventional or relationship-led salesperson whose primary strength is persuasion. Our philosophy for technical products is different: Build a technically excellent product that solves the customer's problem, performs reliably and competes strongly — and let the strength of the product make the sale easier. We therefore need someone who deeply understands battery engineering, battery systems, cells, pack design, BMS, ESS/BESS, inverter integration, communication protocols,



diagnostics and competing technologies. Your job is not simply to sell what we already have. Your job is to understand the market, study competing products, identify where they are technically better or worse, understand what customers actually need, and work directly with manufacturers and R&D; teams to help us build a technically stronger product.
