You will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive timely medical guidance, treatment adherence support, and a seamless consultation experience. Key Responsibilities Patient Consultations Conduct video and rarely in person consultations with customers seeking hair loss treatment guidance. Review customer medical history, treatment progress, and concerns. Explain diagnosis, treatment plans, and expected outcomes clearly. Provide evidence-based recommendations aligned with Traya protocols. Treatment Management Prescribe and modify treatment plans as per clinical protocols.
