Position: Business Development Executive - Exhibitions Department: Exhibitions Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full time Reporting To: Director – Exhibitions & Activations About the role We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales for exhibition stall design and fabrication projects. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, follow-ups, proposal coordination and closing opportunities from initial enquiry to project confirmation and payment collection. Key Responsibilities: Handle a minimum of 3 exhibitions simultaneously and research exhibitors, decision-makers and business opportunities. Generate leads through cold calling, Linked In, email outreach and database research. Make approximately 150–200 calls per day, with a minimum target of 5 qualified leads per day. Conduct 20–25 targeted Linked In outreaches daily and maintain regular follow-ups. Qualify leads by understanding exhibition details, stall size, requirements, budget, timeline and decision-making process. Coordinate with design, costing, operations,



accounts and vendors to prepare proposals and quotations. Manage client communication, negotiations, follow-ups and conversion until project confirmation. Coordinate advance payments, invoices, final collections and project handover. Coordinate with approved vendors and ensure quotations, scope, timelines and costs are properly documented. Maintain accurate CRM/trackers and provide daily updates on leads, follow-ups, conversions, revenue and payments. Ensure all client, vendor and commercial documentation is complete and updated. Performance Expectations: Minimum 3 exhibitions handled simultaneously150–200 calls/day, increasing when required Minimum 5 qualified leads/day / 25 per week20–25 Linked In outreaches/day Consistent follow-ups and same-day CRM updates Focus on qualified leads, conversions, revenue and collections Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work extended hours during exhibition periods Required skill
