Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven head of Finance to lead the global finance function and partner with the CEO and executive leadership team in driving the company's next phase of growth.

The leader will be responsible for financial strategy, business performance, governance, risk management and value creation, while building a scalable and high-performing finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Business Partnership
Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with business and growth objectives. Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions, investments, expansion and value-creation initiatives. Provide financial insights to drive sustainable growth, profitability and operational efficiency. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial performance management. Drive revenue growth, margin improvement,



cost optimization and overall P& L performance. Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital and treasury management across global operations. Establish robust commercial finance practices around pricing, contracts, project profitability and customer economics. Develop and monitor financial and business KPIs across geographies and business units. Governance & Risk
Ensure robust financial controls, governance, compliance and risk-management frameworks. Oversee statutory, tax and financial reporting requirements across relevant geographies. Manage relationships with auditors, banking partners, tax advisors and other external stakeholders. M& A & Strategic Initiatives
Lead financial evaluation and due diligence for potential acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships. Support deal structuring, valuation, integration planning and post-transaction performance. Evaluate new business models and strategic opportunities from a financial
