What We're Looking For
*Qualified CA* with 3+ years of hands-on experience in *US Accounting* Strong understanding of *US GAAP and US accounting practices* Proven experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines *Must be available to attend and interact with clients in US time zones as per work requirements* Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day US accounting activities Prepare and review financial statements and reports Perform bank and account reconciliations Handle month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards Coordinate with US clients and stakeholders for queries, reporting, and meetings
