About the Role We are looking for a polished, articulate, and commercially astute Business Development Executive to drive advertising and media sales revenue, develop high-value client relationships, and represent the organisation professionally in the marketplace.
This is a target-driven, high-reward opportunity for a sales professional with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to generate and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close media sales opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, and brand partners.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts to generate repeat and referral business.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and media plans tailored to client objectives.




Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with company policy to maximise profitable revenue.
Collaborate with internal marketing, editorial, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify current revenue opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Represent the organisation at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
Candidate Requirements Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record in media, advertising, or B2 B sales with demonstrable revenue achievement.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Confident, well-presented, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
