We're expanding our presence across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and are looking for a driven sales leader to take charge of the region. The Role You will own sales for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. That means growing revenue, building and leading a sales team, and developing strong relationships with key accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being in the market, closing deals and building a team that delivers. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and meet revenue targets across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Find and win new retailers, wholesalers, distributors and institutional buyers Manage and grow existing key accounts,



ensuring repeat business and timely collections Lead, train and motivate the regional sales team, set targets and track performance Negotiate pricing, credit terms and order volumes with clients Travel across the region regularly to visit markets, clients and the team Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, and share insights with management Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates What We're Looking For5–8 years of sales experience in textiles (fabrics, garments, yarn or related)Strong network among textile traders, retailers and distributors in Telangana and APProven experience managing a sales team Excellent negotiation and account management skills Fluency in Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus)Willing to travel frequently within the region Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred What We Offer₹4.5 – 6 LPA fixed salary High, uncapped performance incentives.
