Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, current facility expansions, and machinery installation/qualification. REGULATORY AUDITS & QUALITY SYSTEMS Act as the primary site operational leader for facing regulatory inspections (USFDA, MHRA, WHO Geneva, Indian FDA). Enforce strict compliance with c GMP, SOPs, HSE norms, and corporate quality policies across all shifts. Drive root cause analysis (RCA),



OOS/OOT investigations, market complaints, deviations, and CAPA implementation. Deliver regular Quality Management Reviews (QMR) to executive directors and senior executive management. DIGITALIZATION & AUTOMATION Drive plant modernization through electronic Batch Manufacturing/Packing Records (e BMR / e BPR). Oversee end-to-end Track & Trace serialization lines, vision inspection systems, and 360-degree labeling automation. Implement automatic weight/inspection systems to optimize line efficiency and minimize scrap. PEOPLE & GOVERNANCE Manage high-performing teams; handle recruitment, talent development, and annual performance appraisals. Identify training needs to ensure technical competence and regulatory readiness of production personnel.
