As a junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will train directly under senior clinical operations experts, mastering site management, regulatory standards, and trial documentation from day one. Key Responsibilities Trial Documentation & Site Files: Assist in maintaining investigator site files (ISFs), essential regulatory documents, and case report forms (CRFs) with high accuracy. Site Coordination Support: Support day-to-day in office or remote coordination of clinical trial activities under senior supervision. Protocol & Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure all clinical workflows rigorously adhere to ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice),
