About the role We’re looking for an Account Executive to own the complete B2 B sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing. This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who is target-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable owning revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Generate and manage B2 B pipeline through outbound prospecting via email, Linked In, cold calls, and other channels. Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into sales opportunities. Conduct discovery calls and product demos , connecting Zintlr’s capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes. Manage follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and deal closures.



Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, activity, and forecast data. Track sales metrics including outreach, meetings, demos, conversion, pipeline, and revenue. Re-engage stalled opportunities and ensure consistent follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after deal closure. Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. Who Should Apply 0–3 years of experience in Account Executive, B2 B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role. Experience in B2 B Saa S or technology sales is a strong plus. Solid understanding of outbound sales, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, rejection, follow-ups, and sales targets. Ability to understand technology products and communicate their business value and ROI. S
