Location: Remote Experience: 3–5 years Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: ₹4–7 LPA, depending on experience and demonstrated capability About the Role Singhwal Tech Law is looking for a B2 B Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale a structured client-acquisition engine focused on B2 B Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Funnel Strategy & Conversion. This is not a conventional social-media or digital marketing role. The person will work with structured prospect databases, identify and prioritise target accounts, develop ICPs and look-alike audiences, build trust through content-led engagement, and systematically nurture prospects from awareness to client conversion and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2 B growth strategies across relevant channels. Build and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and audience segments. Identify high-potential target accounts and look-alike audiences. Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. Develop personalised engagement and outreach journeys for priority accounts.



Build and optimise the funnel from: Target Account → Awareness → Engagement → Trust → Qualified Prospect → Prospect → Client → Repeat Client Use content, Linked In, email and other channels as part of the broader growth strategy. Manage lead/account nurturing through CRM and marketing automation. Track account engagement, funnel movement and conversion performance. Test messaging, campaigns, channels and approaches to improve results. Work closely with leadership and subject-matter experts to convert expertise into effective marketing campaigns.
