About Porter

At Porter, we're on a mission to move a billion dreams by building the most trusted, efficient, and seamless logistics platform in India. We started in 2014 with a straightforward vision — to transform intra-city logistics through technology. Today, Porter is a late-stage startup, serving millions of users across 21+ cities, backed by marquee investors like Tiger Global, Lightrock, and Sequoia.

We solve real-world problems — from empowering micro-entrepreneurs and truck owners, to optimizing last-mile delivery for SMEs and enterprises. Every challenge we take on has real consequences and real impact.

With a sharp focus on user obsession, ownership, and collaboration, we're building a workplace where people thrive when they take bold bets, move fast, and build with empathy.

If you're looking to work where scale meets purpose, complexity fuels learning, and culture isn't an afterthought, Porter is the place.

About the Role

Porter Smartshift Logistics is looking for a creative thinker and visual storyteller to join our design team as a Senior Graphic Designer.

This role sits at the intersection of design and brand shaping how our campaigns, digital presence, and communication look and feel across every touchpoint. Rather than designing one asset at a time, you'll think in terms of campaigns and systems ensuring every piece of work, from a single social post to a full campaign, feels consistent and connected to the larger brand story. You'll work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to bring ideas to life, while also helping shape the design standards that the rest of the team builds on.

What You'll Do
Interpret briefs independently and shape them into clear, compelling creative direction asking the right questions, not just executing instructions. Develop original concepts across campaigns, digital, social, and brand communication, balancing creative ambition with brand guidelines and business objectives. Deliver polished, high-quality designs
