Location: Bengaluru (Field / Corporate Office) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5-7 Years (Minimum 3 years in Bengaluru Real Estate Channel Sales with a builder firm) WHAT YOU’LL DO:• Channel Network Expansion: Onboard, activate, and manage tier-1 channel partners, independent real estate consultants, and wealth management firms across Bengaluru.• Revenue & Velocity Targets: Drive aggressive sales volumes across our plotted developments, villas, and apartments through the broker network.• CP Engagement Programs: Design competitive incentive schemes, partner meets, project preview events, and loyalty programs to keep Mangalam Projects top-of-mind.• Pipeline & Site Traffic:



Ensure strong CP sourcing momentum and coordinate with site sales teams to maximize walk-in to booking conversions.• Conflict & Dispute Resolution: Manage inventory allocation, tagging protocols, and lead registrations transparently to maintain solid partner trust.• Payout Governance: Ensure prompt, smooth processing and disbursement of channel partner commissions and brokerage claims. WHAT YOU NEED:• Strong, active relationships across the Bengaluru channel partner ecosystem (East Bengaluru, Whitefield, OMR, Hoskote corridors preferred).• Solid understanding of plotted developments, land titles, and residential product dynamics.• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.• Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.• Proven leadership capability to mentor senior managers and executives within the CP vertical.
