Job Description
- Lead end-to-end solution enablement across requisition management, job posting, candidate screening, selection, offer management, onboarding, and first 90-day employee experience.
- Drive delivery and optimization of the Workday Recruiting roadmap in partnership with HR, technology, and product stakeholders.
- Design and oversee integrations across Workday and related platforms, including assessments, background verification, e-signature, identity management, and learning systems.
- Establish governance frameworks covering delivery planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.




- Lead and manage internal teams and external delivery partners, ensuring quality, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Drive user adoption through training, change management, communication, and deployment support initiatives.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics related to hiring efficiency, candidate experience, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to global privacy, security, compliance, accessibility, and audit requirements.
- Oversee operational support, incident management, enhancement prioritization, and platform stability initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering HR technology solutions, with solid exposure to Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes.
