We are growing our school network and are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager – School Partnerships who enjoys meeting educators, building relationships and converting meaningful conversations into long-term school partnerships.

The Role

This is a hands-on, school-facing business development role. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and take ownership of identifying, engaging and converting schools.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reach out to Principals, school owners, management and key decision-makers through calls, meetings and structured follow-ups.




- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective schools and institutional partners.
- Conduct school meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and workshops.
- Understand each school's requirements and recommend suitable Valuez solutions.
- Manage opportunities through the complete business-development cycle—from first conversation to proposal, closure, onboarding and payment follow-up.
- Develop relationships with school groups, distributors, dealers and other relevant education partners.
- Participate in education conferences, exhibitions and other school-engagement opportunities.
- Maintain disciplined lead tracking, follow-ups and sales reporting.
- Contribute ideas towards Valuez's broader B2C, parent-connect, subscription and digital-growth initiatives as the business expands.
