Job Description – Finance Analyst / Accountant – Casino Operations Department: Finance Reports To: CFO / Finance Manager Location: Batumi, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time | Internal Role Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst / Accountant to support the financial operations of a casino and hospitality business. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting support, reconciliations, budgeting, cost analysis, and preparation of management reports across multiple business verticals, including gaming, F&B;, hotel, entertainment, and support functions . The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial information for management decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & MIS Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and MIS reports for management. Prepare revenue, expense, profitability, and departmental performance reports.



Consolidate financial information from multiple operational and accounting systems into accurate management reports. Assist in preparing management presentations, financial summaries, and board reports. Ensure all financial reports are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines. Accounting & Financial Control Support day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger review. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Perform bank, cash, revenue, and balance sheet reconciliations. Review financial transactions and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and proper financial documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding issues.
