Inside Sales Represntative Specialist_ (ISR Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ISR Specialist

with

8–9 years of experience

in IT/software services, SaaS, or related industries. The individual will be responsible for managing the





complete sales cycle from lead generation to business closure .

The role requires a self-driven sales professional who can independently generate leads, identify and qualify prospects, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, understand business requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and successfully close profitable business.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through

cold calling, emails, LinkedIn/social media, references, and other outbound channels .
Independently manage the

entire sales cycle from prospecting to final closure .
Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
Schedule and conduct

client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations .
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate

IT/software/SaaS solutions .
Prepare and present

commercial proposals, quotations, a
