Wholeleaf is a fast-growing consumer healthcare company focused on building differentiated solutions for chronic and everyday pain management. Our products are sold through a combination of doctor-led channels, pharmacies, distributors, D2C, marketplaces and other modern consumer channels.

As we expand our offline business, we are looking for an ambitious and highly execution-oriented Regional Sales Manager to build and scale our doctor prescription and pharmacy distribution business across NCR.

The Role

This is not a conventional pharma sales leadership role.

We are looking for someone who understands both sides of the healthcare market:
- Doctor-led prescription generation, and
- OTC / nutraceutical / consumer healthcare sales through pharmacies and distributors.

The person will lead a team of MRs/field sales executives but must also be extremely hands-on—personally developing territories, meeting doctors,



opening pharmacy accounts, building distributor relationships and driving revenue.

We are looking for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and hungry to build, rather than someone accustomed to operating only through large established teams and systems.

What You'll Own

Doctor & Prescription Business
- Drive prescription generation through doctors including Orthopaedics, Pain Specialists, GPs and other relevant specialties.
- Build solid relationships with doctors and high-potential prescribers.
- Develop doctor territories and execute regular doctor engagement and activation programs.
- Convert prescription generation into measurable secondary sales.

Pharmacy & Distributor Sales
- Build and grow sales through independent/mom-and-pop pharmacies, local pharmacy networks and distributors.
- Identify and appoint suitable distributors and develop productive relationships with existing channel partners.
