We're looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to manage our Author Acquisition & Publishing Services business. You'll own the growth engine of the business—driving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, shaping strategy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

- Own the revenue and growth of the Author Acquisition business.

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.

- Drive consultative sales of premium publishing and author services.
/n
- Improve conversion rates, average deal value, and overall sales productivity.
/n
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-first thinking.

- Use data and insights to optimize the sales funnel, forecasting, and business performance.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless author experience.

- Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.

What We're Looking For

/n

- 2–3 years of experience as sales manager with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
/n
- Experience managing consultative sales teams in publishing, media, education, SaaS, creator economy, premium services, or similar industries.
/n
- Proven ability to manage high-value sales cycles and build scalable sales processes.
/n
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
/n
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
/n
- Comfortable thriving in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment.
