About the Role

We’re looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business, build strong corporate relationships, and grow revenue across our events portfolio.

You will work with listed companies, corporates, BFSI organizations, event agencies, and institutions, selling solutions across AGMs, investor calls, conferences, webinars, webcasts, and virtual/hybrid events.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry outreach.
- Identify and connect with CXOs, Company Secretaries, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Event teams.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Understand client requirements and present customized event and technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial pitches.




- Lead the complete sales cycle — lead generation → meetings → proposal → negotiation → closure → handover.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, production, technical, design, and project teams for successful event delivery.
- Track market trends, competitors, upcoming AGMs, investor meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.

What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in Events, Media, AV, Technology, SaaS, or Corporate Services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B/enterprise deals.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Robust commercial understanding and target-oriented approach.
