Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Insurance Operations Manager / Commercial Underwriting SME
with
10+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Insurance Underwriting .
The role requires solid expertise in the
insurance lifecycle, commercial underwriting, insurance operations,
process governance, quality management, stakeholder management, and people leadership .
The successful candidate will act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
and business/domain expert, managing complex operational activities, driving process excellence, developing teams, and partnering with UK and local stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed
SLA, TAT, quality, and productivity standards .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee
Commercial Insurance Underwriting Operations
and end-to-end insurance processes.
Demonstrate strong understanding of the
Insurance Lifecycle , including underwriting, policy administration, endorsements, renewals, claims interface, billing, and related operational processes.
Provide
subject matter expertise (SME)
in Commercial Insurance Underwriting and Insurance Operations.
Develop and implement departmental plans, operational strategies, and resource
