Job Description
- Develop and implement pan-India pricing strategies that support both commercial objectives and patient access goals.
- Design creative pricing models, funding solutions and reimbursement frameworks across key therapy areas.
- Build and execute commercial contracting strategies tailored to different customer and healthcare segments.
- Evaluate alternative financing and funding mechanisms to improve patient affordability and treatment access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support personalised healthcare initiatives and sustainable pricing programmes.




- Identify barriers to patient access and develop strategies that improve treatment adoption across public and private healthcare ecosystems.
- Drive formulary inclusion initiatives and engage with reimbursement agencies, healthcare authorities and public institutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and third-party stakeholders.
- Support product launch planning through pricing, access and reimbursement insights.
- Develop pricing governance frameworks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure long-term compliance and effectiveness.
- Work alongside global teams to support product approvals, launches and market access strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all pricing regulations, compliance requirements and government submission processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
