- 15–20 years of experience in academics and researchn
- Solid track record of teaching, research, publications, and academic leadership n
- Experience in leading academic programs, faculty teams, research initiatives, and institutional developmentn
- Demonstrated ability to build research culture, industry collaborations and academic partnerships n
- Strong understanding of emerging areas in CSE and the evolving higher-education landscapen
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.n

- Provide strategic leadership for the CSE academic and research ecosystem n
- Drive excellence in teaching, curriculum development, accreditation, ranking and academic outcomesn
- Strengthen research, innovation, patents, publications, and sponsored projects n
- Mentor and develop faculty and research teamsn
- Build collaborations with industry, universities, research organizations, and international institutions n
- Contribute to the institution’s long-term academic and research visionn
