Job Description
Requirement:

- n
- 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.n
- Mandatory experience in steel, metals, heavy manufacturing, power generation, or a closely related industry.n
- Strong hands-on exposure to integrated steel plant operations is highly preferred.n

nRequired Technical Skills:

- Robust understanding of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology.n
- Strong knowledge of TPM, OEE, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and process capability analysis.n
- Understanding of steel manufacturing processes and metallurgical operations.n
- Understanding of power plant efficiency metrics such as PLF, heat rate, auxiliary consumption, and thermal efficiency.n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.n
- Proficiency in Minitab or equivalent statistical analysis software.n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau.n
- Ability to quantify project benefits and translate operational improvements into financial savings.n
