Corporate Gifting Sales Manager Location: Work Mode: Hybrid & Client-Facing

Ltd. is looking for an experienced Corporate Gifting Sales & Business Development Proffessional to build and grow our customised corporate gifting business.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, Employee Gifting, Branded Merchandise, Rewards, or related B2B sales , with a strong ability to acquire corporate clients, understand gifting requirements, develop customised solutions, and close business opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently build a sales pipeline, develop client relationships, and work closely with vendors and internal teams to deliver corporate gifting solutions.
Generate new business for customised corporate gifting, festive gifting and branded merchandise.
Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing and business decision-makers.
Generate leads through existing networks, referrals, LinkedIn, outbound prospecting and industry relationships.




Source and onboard reliable product, packaging, branding and customisation vendors.
Negotiate B2B pricing, MOQs, timelines and commercial terms with vendors.
Coordinate product sampling, branding, packaging and order execution.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to order closure and payment follow-up.
3+ years of experience in Corporate Gifting, Corporate Sales, Promotional Merchandise, Employee Gifting, Branded Merchandise or a closely related B2B industry .
~ Proven experience in B2B/corporate sales and current client acquisition.
~ Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles, quotations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
~ Ability to independently generate leads and develop new business.
~ Candidates with previous experience in corporate gifting companies, promotional merchandise agencies, employee rewards companies, branded merchandise businesses, gifting marketplace
