nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a strategic and technology-led CIO/CTO to drive the next phase of AI, Digital & Business Transformation for a leading Consumer Durables & Lifestyle business.
nThe ideal leader will combine deep technology and AI expertise with robust commercial understanding , particularly around Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Customer Experience and business operations.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Lead the overall IT, Digital, Data, AI and Technology transformation agenda.n
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide technology roadmap aligned with business and revenue objectives.n
- Drive AI/GenAI, automation, analytics and data-led decision-making across business functions.n
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business leaders to identify and implement high-impact technology solutions.n
- Drive sales transformation through technology, AI and analytics and demonstrate measurable business outcomes.n
- Lead SAP/ERP,



enterprise applications, integrations, infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology operations.n
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve productivity, speed and scalability.n
- Build business cases and measure ROI, revenue impact, productivity gains, cost savings and operational efficiencies from technology initiatives.n
- Lead technology partners, vendors and strategic transformation partners.n
- Manage and mentor a large technology organization and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.n

nRequired Qualifications & Skills
n
- n
- 15+ years of experience in IT, Technology, Digital Transformation or related leadership roles.n
- Experience as CIO / CTO / CDO / Head of Digital & Technology / Technology Transformation Leader in a sizeable organization.n
- Strong experience in AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Automation and Digital Transformation .n
