nThe Community Manager owns the full community charter for their campus. This is a leadership role responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the student experience - from orientation through graduation.



The CM leads the campus team and collaborates closely with other campus leads.

- Manage and mentor student leads across clubs and community workstreamsn
- Lead recent student orientation, managing the full experience for incoming batchesn
- Drive student achievement recognition through management and policy-level execution of the Student Grantn
- Track, collect, and publish student wins — sole campus owner of this recordn
