nWe are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can generate student leads, counsel MBBS students and convert qualified prospects into paying learners.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Generate leads among MBBS students through calls, WhatsApp, social media, college networks and student communities.n
- Make outbound calls to prospective MBBS students and understand their academic and career requirements.n
- Explain TrulyDoctor courses, programs, benefits, pricing and enrollment process.n
- Conduct effective product counselling and sales conversations.n
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.n
- Follow up consistently with interested students until conversion.n
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.n
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.n
- Build relationships with MBBS students,



medical student communities and college representatives.n
- Identify new channels for student lead generation.n
- Collect feedback from students and share market insights with the product and marketing teams.n
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents where required.n

Candidate ProfilenWe are looking for someone who:

- Has solid communication and convincing skills.n
- Is comfortable speaking with MBBS students over phone calls.n
- Has a sales-oriented mindset and enjoys achieving targets.n
- Can handle objections and follow up professionally.n
- Is comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation.n
- Can explain products clearly to students.n
- Is disciplined with CRM updates and daily reporting.n
- Has experience in EdTech, medical education, healthcare sales or student counselling — preferred but not mandatory.n
