About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-oriented Pre-Sales Intern to join our team.

The role involves identifying potential students and parents online, reaching out to prospective customers through , social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls, and introducing them to Hello Study Global's training and admissions counselling services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a college student who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, lead generation, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential prospects through and other social media platforms.
- Reach out to prospective students and parents through social media, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Introduce prospects to Hello Study Global's services and understand their requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads for the admissions counselling and test preparation teams.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.




- Work closely with the team to convert qualified leads into consultations and enrolments.
- Explore new channels and approaches for generating prospective student leads.
- Meet weekly/monthly outreach and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a college/university degree.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students, parents, and prospective customers.
- Good presence and activity on and other social media platforms.
- Robust interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable making phone calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Good research and lead-generation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, lead generation, or customer outreach will be preferred.
- Candidates based in metro cities will be preferred.
