You will act as an extension of their client-facing presence helping them identify opportunities, build relationships, prepare for important conversations, and ensure exceptional follow-through.

The role sits at the intersection of Business Development,



Executive Client Engagement and Strategic Support .

You'll learn quickly about executive education, leadership development, organizational transformation and enterprise learning while developing strong skills in business development and executive relationship management.
Act as a high-quality Business Development partner
Drafting highly personalized outreach.
Engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.
Helping move promising relationships towards deeper conversations with the senior leader and broader Emeritus team.
This is not a high-volume SDR/call-centre role . The emphasis is on quality, relevance, executive communication and relationship building.

Over time, you should develop a strong understanding of how senior executives think about talent, leadership, transformation and capability building.
