Role Overview - The Student Admissions & Lifecycle Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end student journey , from initial enquiry and acquisition through to onboarding, training coordination, and final placement support. The role requires a robust combination of sales capability, relationship management, and operational coordination , with clear ownership of student outcomes and experience.
Handle all incoming enquiries across channels including calls, emails, digital campaigns, and social media platforms
Maintain complete and accurate data capture of all enquiries within the CRM/system
Visit schools, colleges, and relevant institutions to promote diploma programmes, generate leads, and build brand awareness
Represent the academy at education fairs, career events, and promotional activities

Student Onboarding & Experience
Ensure seamless coordination across all stages including admissions, training, assessments, certification,



and placements
Maintain regular communication with students to ensure a positive and consistent experience throughout the programme

Training, Certification & Placement Coordination
Lead Management, Reporting & CRM
Maintain daily and weekly reports on conversion ratios and enrolment performance
Ensure compliance with all admissions policies and documentation standards
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality
Identify and suggest improvements to admissions processes and student experience
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Experience
Experience in education, training institutes, or hospitality/culinary environments
Prior experience in admissions, counselling, student services or hospitality sales roles
