ai is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to own regional revenue growth through consultative B2B SaaS sales to hospitals, super-specialty hospitals, and clinics. The RSM will manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from territory planning, prospecting and stakeholder mapping through solution discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, closure, and handover for implementation.





Regional Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for the assigned region, aligned with company revenue objectives.
• Identify priority hospital groups, super-specialty hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks and build account plans.
• Forecast accurately, maintain pipeline hygiene, and provide regular business updates to leadership.

Build qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, referrals, networking, field activity, partnerships, and account mapping.
• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles and consistently convert qualified opportunities into new logos.
• Build relationships with hospital promoters/owners, CXOs, hospital administrators, operations leaders, doctors, IT/digital teams, and other decision-makers.
• Map decision-makers, influencers, users, and procurement stakeholders within complex healthcare accounts.
