SureSkills is a global edtech services company and market leader in technical education. We design and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences for some of the world’s most creative technology companies — including Google, AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Meta, and Coursera. Our programmes combine expert-led instruction with hands-on labs, helping learners move from foundational knowledge to real-world mastery.

The Role: We're looking for experienced Instructional Designers to design engaging, effective and scalable learning experiences for a large-scale global learning programme. Working within the Content Development Team, you'll translate learning objectives, source material and business requirements into practical learning experiences across a variety of formats and modalities.

You'll work closely with SMEs and specialist content production teams to take learning solutions from initial design through development, review and final delivery. The learning environment supports global adult learners working in complex operational environments, so you'll need to be comfortable taking detailed or rapidly changing subject matter and turning it into learning that is clear, practical and focused on helping people perform effectively in their roles.

Design learning experiences aligned with agreed learning objectives, pathways and instructional standards.
• Create detailed design documents, storyboards, scripts and content specifications.
• Design eLearning, virtual learning, instructor-led learning, self-directed learning, simulations, job aids and performance-support materials.
• Design meaningful practice activities that allow learners to apply new knowledge and skills
