About FarmwalkFarmwalk is a travel and experiences company focused on farm stays, private villas and curated farm experiences . We are growing our villa-stay business and are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused person to join our sales team.
Role OverviewAs a Travel Sales Executive / Sales Intern , you will primarily work on villa stay bookings , handling travel enquiries from the initial lead stage through booking and follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers, understanding their travel requirements and converting enquiries into bookings .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries for villa stays.
- Call customers and understand their travel plans, group size, budget, dates and preferences .
- Recommend suitable villas based on guest requirements.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.




- Maintain and update the sales/lead tracker and CRM .
- Coordinate with villa operators and internal teams to confirm availability, pricing and booking details.
- Ensure smooth communication with guests before and during the booking process.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide a positive booking experience.
- Follow up on pending payments, confirmations and booking-related requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Who We Are Looking For
- Freshers / interns with a strong interest in travel, sales and hospitality are welcome.
- 1–2 years of experience in travel sales, OTA, travel agency, hospitality or customer-facing sales will be an advantage.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good understanding of customer requirements and ability to recommend the right option.
- Strong follow-up skills
