nJob Overview:
nWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to manage AR activities for UK/US clients, including collections, cash application, billing, and account reconciliation.
n

nKey Responsibilities
nDebt Collection
n· Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
n· Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and negotiate repayment plans.
n· Reduce accounts receivable ageing by implementing effective collection strategies.
n· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection efforts.
n

nDispute Resolution
n· Investigate and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.
n· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, sales, and customer service) to address customer concerns.




n· Ensure all resolutions align with company policies and contractual agreements.
n

nCustomer Relationship Management
n· Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to ensure smooth transactions.
n· Provide timely and professional communication to address payment-related concerns.
n· Offer guidance on payment terms and credit policies to customers.
n

nProcess Improvement Initiatives
n· Identify inefficiencies in the credit control process and suggest improvements.
n· Implement automation or system enhancements to improve collection effectiveness.
n· Provide insights and reports on debt collection performance and suggest data-driven strategies.
n

nRequired Skills
