*We're Hiring: Sales Manager*

nRN Valves & Faucets offers a complete range of valves, CP fittings, PTMT faucets and bathroom solutions under one roof.
n

nAs we strengthen our market presence, we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across our dealer network.
n

n*What you'll do:*
n- Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to achieve targets
n- Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned regions
n- Expand the dealer and distributor network and strengthen existing partnerships
n- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and distributors
n- Plan dealer meets and market activations
n- Monitor sales performance and competitor activity
n

n*What we're looking for:*
n- 7+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials,



including team-handling experience
n- Master's degree (MBA preferred)
n- Solid network of dealers and distributors
n- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
n- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
n

n*Location:* Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR), office-based with market/region visits as required
