- Valuable understanding of FEBA database tables n
- Experience in handling production incidents and application support activities n
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsn

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Provide application support for FEBA-based applications n
- Analyze application logs and investigate reported issuesn
- Perform debugging and identify the root cause of incidentsn
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined timelinesn
- Support day-to-day operational and application activitiesn
- Coordinate with development and other technical teams for issue resolution when requiredn

Candidate ProfilenCandidates with relevant hands-on experience in FEBA Application Support and FEBA OCH Framework 11.2.x are preferred.
