nCompensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 / month (Commensurate with experience, efficiency, and skill set)
About the Role nWe are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day office accounting operations. The candidate will work full-time from our office, maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily transactions, and maintaining close coordination between our field site engineers, external CA/senior accountants, and management. Strong ethics, accuracy, and self-direction are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities n

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping & Vouching: n

nMaintain and update daily ledger entries, cash books, bank accounts, and petty cash transactions. Process, verify, and archive vendor invoices, site bills, purchase orders, and expense vouchers.

- Site & Team Coordination: n





nCoordinate daily/weekly with Site Engineers to track site expenses, local material purchases, contractor payments, and site petty cash distribution.
nCollaborate with external accountants/CAs to ensure timely submission of financial data for GST filing, TDS compliance, and audits.

- Financial Records & Reporting: n

nReconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and site ledger accounts on a regular basis.
nPrepare basic monthly expense reports, payroll processing data, and financial summaries for management review.

nEstablish and maintain clean, organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documents, tax records, and receipts.
