About the role

The Workplace Experience Manager (W-I) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across our global capability and support facilities in Bangalore, championing an exceptional, customer-first workplace environment for all Woolworths Group brands and team members.
In this role, you will lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing on-site Workplace Experience and Front of House team, as well as manage integrated vendor partnerships. You will bridge physical workplace operations, hospitality, and modern hybrid ways of working—curating an environment that drives collaboration, culture, and operational resilience. Serving as the primary operational anchor and senior escalation point on site,



you will oversee end-to-end service delivery, soft facilities management, space utilization, and workplace engagement programs, ensuring seamless alignment between Bangalore operations and global enterprise standards.
