nRole Summary
nThey are seeking a Genesys Voice Platform expert who will provide technical support and ensure the stability of their systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing issues and delivering effective resolutions.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure and applications.n
- Act as the primary interface with users to diagnose issues.n
- Ensure service stability and quality support across platforms.n




- Manage user provisioning and call routing.n
- Support SIP Trunking and telephony troubleshooting.n
- Perform incident and problem management.n
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with various enterprise applications.n
- Support AI capabilities such as Predictive Routing and Virtual Agents.n

nMust-Have Qualifications

- n
- 8-12 years of experience in Genesys Voice Platform.n
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud administration.n
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.n
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.n
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering or related field.n

nNice to Have

- Experience with AWS or Azure.n
- Familiarity with ITIL framework.n
- Certifications in Genesys Cloud or Microsoft Azure.n
