Role Overview
As part of the Product & Strategy function for Vyapar Plus, he/she will be responsible for driving the product strategy, business model, partner ecosystem, and end-to-end execution of the Vyapar Plus platform. The role involves working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Finance, Compliance, Risk and external partners to build and scale Vyapar Plus.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy s Roadmap:

Define the overall Vyapar Plus product strategy, roadmap, priorities and business requirements across banking services, merchant servicesand lead-generation products.
Business Model s Commercials:

Design and evaluateproduct commercials, commissionstructures, retailer payouts,



partner commercials and unit
economics to ensure sustainable business growth.
Product Development s Execution:

Drive requirements from ideation to BRD, development, UAT and Go-Live, ensuring alignment between business
requirements and technology implementation.
Product s Partner Integrations : Manage end-to-end integration requirements with banking, fintech and service partners across AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Travel, Wallet, Loans and Lead Generation.
Merchant / Kirana Journey:

Design and optimise the end-to-end Kirana onboarding, authentication, transaction, lead generation, service and earnings journeys.
GTM s Scale-up Strategy:

Develop the go-to-market strategy for onboarding and activating Kiranas, including pilot planning, geographic expansion, BDO-led
distribution and merchant productivity.
Lead Management s Distribution:

Define lead flows, eligibility criteria, routing logic, CRM requ
