Role Overview
nAPNA is looking for a high-impact Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead large inside sales teams focused on selling recruitment solutions and job posting subscriptions to SMB and Mid-Market employers. This role will manage multiple sales managers and 50+ sales team members, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, renewals, and upgrades across APNA’s hiring products.

nKey Responsibilities
n● Lead and manage multiple Inside Sales Managers and their teams (total team size 50+
nmembers)
n● Own revenue targets for SMB and Mid-Market employer segments across new business,
nrenewals, and upgrades
n● Drive adoption of APNA’s job posting credits, database access, recruiter tools, and
nvalue-added hiring solutions
n● Ensure robust sales funnel discipline from lead allocation to closure using CRM
n● Build accurate weekly/monthly revenue forecasts and ensure predictability
n● Coach managers and teams on consultative selling to recruiters, HRs, and business owners
n● Drive focus on upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion




n● Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion ratios
n● Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to improve recruiter experience and
nreduce churn
n● Hire, onboard, and develop sales managers and team members at scale
n● Run performance reviews, sales contests, and incentive programs
n● Drive adherence to compliance, call quality, and APNA brand guidelines

nRequired Skills & Experience
n● 8+ years of B2B Inside Sales experience
n● Proven track record of managing large inside sales teams (50+ members) through multiple
nlayers
n● Strong experience selling subscription-based hiring or SaaS products to SMBs and
nMid-Market enterprises
n● Excellent people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
n● Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce / Freshsales / Zoho / HubSpot)
n● Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of sales metrics (c
