About Purple Quarter
Purple Quarter is a specialised Technology Leadership Search & Advisory firm partnering with founders, CEOs, investors and organisations to build exceptional leadership teams across Technology, Product, AI, Data, Digital and Cybersecurity.
We are now building a dedicated GCC & India Technology Leadership business to support organisations establishing, scaling and transforming their GCCs in India.

The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial AVP – GCC Sales & Growth to build this business from 0→1 .

This is not a traditional recruitment sales role. You will own the market, build the Purple Quarter GCC brand, create senior relationships, generate demand, build the pipeline and convert it into high-value revenue.
You will be expected to think like a business builder , not an account manager.

What You Will Own
1. Build the GCC Business 0→1
- Define the GCC market, ICP, sectors and priority accounts.
- Build and own the GCC target-account universe.




- Identify market triggers and create opportunities before mandates exist.
- Build the GTM engine from Target → Trigger → Conversation → Chance → Mandate → Revenue .

2. Build the Purple Quarter GCC Brand
- Establish PQ as a Technology Leadership partner to GCCs , not a recruitment vendor.
- Build a differentiated POV around GCC Technology Leadership, AI, Product, Engineering and organisation design.
- Build visibility through CXO forums, GCC communities, investor networks and thought leadership.
- Turn market intelligence and founder/CXO conversations into content, insights and new conversations.

3. Build Founder & CXO Relationships
- Build direct relationships with GCC Heads, CEOs, Founders, CTOs, CIOs, CHROs and global technology leaders.
- Create strategic conversations around their business, technology and leadership priorities—not just open roles.
- Build a strong network of GCC, tech
