- Lead, coach, and mentor a city-level Brand/Ad Sales team to deliver high performance.n
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-first execution.n
- Set clear sales goals and track achievement through regular reviews and feedback sessionsn

n2. Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships
n
- n
- Identify, acquire, and grow partnerships with regional and hyperlocal brands across categories such as F&B;, Retail, Healthcare, Fitness, Education, Beauty, and Local Services.n
- Monetize digital ad spaces (in-app banners, push notifications, approval screens, community forums) and on-ground formats (lift branding, kiosks, sampling, resident engagement events, OOH/DOOH).n
- Build and maintain strong advertiser relationships to drive renewals, frequency, and consistent revenue growth.n

n3. Campaign Planning & Execution

- n
- Ensure campaign objectives—ROI, visibility, lead generation, and engagement—are met consistently.n
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, coordinating with creative,



operations, and analytics teams.n
- Share detailed performance reports and insights with clients to build trust and encourage repeat business.n

n4. Market Growth & Hyperlocal Strategy

- Expand city-level monetization by onboarding local businesses and regional advertisers targeting premium gated communities.n
- Analyze city-specific consumer trends to design and implement localized monetization strategies.n
- Explore innovative formats and partnerships to enhance ad inventory and advertiser engagement.n

nRequired Skills

- Mandatory requirements for this positionn
- Experience: 7–8 years in Advertising Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Media Sales.n
- Minimum 3–4 years of team management experience in a sales leadership capacity.n
- Proven success in closing hyperlocal/regional ad sales deals and scaling advertiser relationships.n
- Robust network of local advertis
