We support clients across the US, Europe and India by helping them build stronger sales pipelines, reduce lead generation costs and improve customer acquisition effectiveness.

This is a business development and inside sales role focused on generating qualified B2B opportunities. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, hands-on international outbound sales exposure, and the ability to connect with decision-makers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and other digital channels.

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and other digital channels.
· Qualify inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, databases, research and direct outreach.
· Identify target accounts, decision-makers and influencers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, online research and similar prospecting tools.
· Schedule qualified appointments, discovery calls and sales meetings with prospects in the US and other international markets.
· Handle initial objections professionally and move conversations toward the next step in the sales process.

Required Experience
· 2–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, telesales, appointment setting or B2B outbound sales.
· Experience with Europe, UK, Canada, APAC or other international markets will be an added advantage.
